Joseph oversees the accounting methodologies of the Zamir portfolio. In this capacity he guides and reviews property managers’ financial reporting and budgeting, with a focus on improving and streamlining processes within the accounting department. Joseph reports directly to Zamir Equities’ founder and Managing Director, Asher Zamir.

Prior to joining Zamir Equities in 2021, Joseph spent a number of years at a national public accounting firm, with a dual focus on Taxation of partnerships with complex waterfall allocations and Accounting for multi-tiered consolidated entities. He was also a member of the International Tax department, specializing in outbound US investments.

Joseph is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Touro College.
