Jenni Sullivan, Property Manager at Zamir Equities, is responsible for the commercial real estate management and operations of the Zamir Equities’ Central New York portfolio including building and fostering tenant relationships, overseeing all building operations and staffing, conducting lease and contract negotiations, and facilitating/managing construction projects.

Jenni brings over 20 years of commercial property management experience to the Zamir Equities team. Jenni joined Zamir Equities in 2017 from Upstate Portfolio. Previous to that, Jenni was a Senior Property Manager for REIT Management & Research, where she managed over 1.2 million square feet of commercial property that consisted of 16 properties 96 tenants. She oversaw large construction renovation projects such as roof and parking lot replacements, elevator modernizations, an 89,000-square foot HVAC/VAV conversion project, complete heat pump replacement, and a 60,000 square feet office renovation that included Building LEED Silver Certification.

Jenni is a Central New York native. In addition to being a Property Manager, Jenni is also a Reiki Master, Hatha Yoga Instructor and Certified Hypnotist. She enjoys enriching and improving the lives of others, and spending time with her family.
