Todd Techananalert, Vice President, Acquisitions and Asset Management, Zamir Equities, is responsible for all commercial real estate investments, and the asset management of the current Zamir Equities’ property portfolio. Todd reports directly to Asher Zamir, Zamir Equities’ chairman and chief executive.
Todd also oversees all leasing, refinancing, recapitalization, and asset disposition of Zamir Equities’ properties, along with overseeing all of Zamir Equities’ proprietary financial modeling and analysis, debt and equity structuring, along with vigorously managing the due diligence process for all Zamir Equities’ transactions.
Todd joined Zamir Equities in 2008 from The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Capital Advisors, where as an associate he supported several teams, which successfully closed over $2 billion in numerous debt and equity real estate transactions. Prior, Todd worked at U.S. Real Estate Advisors, Inc. providing extensive research on commercial mortgage backed securities’ B-Notes.
A native of Thailand, Todd earned his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, and his Bachelor in Landscape Architecture from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. Todd, a member of the New York Private Equity Network Real Estate, enjoys cycling and snowboarding.
